| 2. How to configore MS Outlook Express/ MS Outlook. |

| Open you Outlook Express or MS Outlook programme. (The example shown is Outlook Express) |
| Go to Tools > Accounts. Click on Add button and select 'Mail' |
| |

| Enter your email address your name to identify the email address. Click next button |
| |

| enter the email address (you@yourdomain.com). Click next button |
| |

| |
| Selcet POP3 as incoming server. |
| Incoming mail: mail.yourdomain.com |
| Outgoing server: mail.yourdomain.com |
| Click next button. |

| |
| Account name is your email address (you@yourdomain.com) |
| Password: enter the password you gave while email was created. |
| Enbale remember password by clicking the ckeck box |
| Click next button |

| You have reached the final stage |
| Click Finish button |

| Once you click the finish button, you get the following window. |
| Your new email address is shown selected. |
| Click on 'Properties' button |

| Click on the 'Servers' button |

| Enable the check box before ' my server required authentication' (If you fail to enable, you can not send emails.) |
| Click on the 'Settings' button next to it. |

| Make sure that the button before 'Use same settings as my incoming server' . If not, please do it. (It's very important) |
| Click 'OK' |

| Click 'OK for the coming window |
| Click 'Close' for the final window. |

| Now your MS Outlook / Outlook Express is ready to send and receive emails for you. |
